What is the Climate Adaptation Plan (CAP)?
The effects of a changing climate are all around us, we must act now to prepare for it. The general plan directs agencies to prepare for the impacts of climate change. Therefore, the County developed a Climate Adaptation Plan using a community process and the best available science. The plan presents a framework of actions to ensure people, places, and natural and built systems are able to adapt to and mitigate climate change.
